Eliran Knoller Geb. 1975. Filmausbildung bereits am Gymnasium. 1994-1997 Militärdienst. 1998-2001 Filmstudium am Beit Berl College. Amir Gilad Geb.1973. 1991 Abitur (Schwerpunkt Theater). Militärdienst. Anschließend ausgedehnte Reisen. 1998-2001 Filmstudium am Beit Berl College.

Eliran Knoller Born 1975. Film training already in high school. 1994-1997 military service. 1998-2001 Studied film at Beit Berl College. Amir Gilad Born in 1973. Graduated from high school in 1991, emphasis on theater. After completing military service, extensive travels. From 1998-2001, studied film at Beit Berl College.

Synopsis Shahar, junger Soldat und leidenschaftlicher Fußballfan, verbringt ausgerechnet das Wochenende mit Strafdiensten, an dem sein Club, Beitar Jerusalem, um die Meisterschaft spielt. Während seine Einheit in Urlaub fährt, findet er sich wieder mit ein paar alten Hasen, die sich einen Spaß daraus machen, den Neuling ihre Macht spüren zu lassen und ihn zu schikanieren. Shahar bleibt keine Wahl, als ihren gesamten Wochenenddienst zu übernehmen. Das einzige, was ihn über Wasser hält, ist das Versprechen seines besten Freundes, ihm per Telefon live aus dem Stadion zu berichten. Aber dann kommt alles ganz anders, und am Ende ist es Shahar, der allein zwischen Tausenden jubelnder Fans sitzt.

Synopsis Shahar is a young soldier and passionate soccer fan. Of all weekends, on the weekend when his club, Beitar Jerusalem, is playing for the championship he is assigned penalty duty. While the rest of his unit goes on vacation, he finds himself alone with a few old timers who have fun letting the newcomer feel their power and playing tricks on him. Shahar has no other choice but to take on their entire share of the weekend duty. The one thing that keeps him above water is his best friend´s promise to report to him on telephone live from the stadium. But then, everything turns out differently, and in the end it is Shahar who is sitting alone among thousands of rejoicing fans.
